Do you want to know the simple solution to weight loss (and beyond: fat loss, strength, energy, immunity)?

To give you the answer, I want to share an analogy...

I grew up in Colorado where, as a kid, our family (of 6!) would go camping during the summers.

As you might imagine, there are a lot of frightening things for small children when they go into the expansive forests that you find in Colorado's national parks.

(Likely more scary for the parents!)

Thus, before we went off exploring that big, expansive forest, our parents would always tell us:

Use the "Buddy System".



And I think you know what this means. But....

How does it apply to weight loss and health?

That's easy. It's the same general principle:

You get a buddy to help you out!

The more support you get from the people closest to you in your life, the more successful you will be in your health and weight loss journey.
